1. According to the power classification, the power of ultrasonic cell crushing apparatuses is the index customers. It determines the quantity, size, quality and effect of the broken objects. Replaceable "tip" heads are used in high energy applications where wear may occur. When the energy is transferred through the tip, corrosion occurs where the metal surface leaves traces. In use, the ultrasonic generator circuit converts 50 / 60Hz power supply into 18-21khz high-frequency and high-voltage power, so a large amount of heat will be produced in the process of crushing, which is generally broken in the ice bath.
