Calibration Standard and Characteristics of Transmittance Meter

Light transmittance meter is a unified national standard. The best way to test a light transmittance useful or not is to test by the measurement institute.

The calibration standard of transmittance meter is JJF1225-2009 "calibration specification of transmittance meter for automobile", which stipulates that the transmittance tester must meet the requirements of bright vision function. The meaning of clear vision function: the human visual system is sensitive to different wavelengths of light, that is, the corresponding degree of the human eye to light function of four wavelengths. The international council on illumination (CIE) published the lambda visual function standard value in 1971 based on laboratory data. It was approved by the CIPM in 1972.

The advanced light transmittance meter adopts the all-band additive light of 380nm-760nm and adds the bright vision function to ensure the instrument passes the detection of the Metrology Institute.

Features of the advanced light transmittance meter:
1. Adopting the light source's the parallel light path and the receiver's concentrator design so that it can measure the material with a large thickness.

2. Equipped with fixed seat and two measuring methods. It can not only adapt to the test, such as the car front screen of the field measurement but adapt to the factory fixed station measurement.

3.Record function of historical measurement data, maximum value, minimum value and average value.

4. The advanced light transmittance meter is suitable for testing the transmittance of glass products, solar film, laminated glass, coating material, organic material panel, etc.

5. Suitable for exhibition, production, quality inspection, inspection, and other occasions.
